Why do applications fly out on Xiaomi Poco and how to fix it
- Jun 17
Quite often, many users of the Xiaomi (Poco) smartphones complain on the Internet about the application of applications, moreover, in different ways. Who has a camera, someone has telegrams and so on.
The problem can be solved by updating this or that application, but what if the problem remains? This means that the matter is not at all in the appendix, but in the Android and in the Miui shell.
The problem is a lack of RAM. It is at that moment when the RAM ends with the android, the system begins to remove processes (applications) to free it. As planned, Android, a process that works in the background should be killed and has not been used for a long time. But it happens that android can simply take and close the program in which you work for no reason. And the reason is a lack of RAM.
So, below I will give some tips on how to optimize the RAM so that the applications do not fly out.
An important point! My tips only work if your Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco smartphone has an official global stable firmware, I repeat, stable.
In Xiaomi smartphones there is a pre -installed application “Safety” to them we will correct all problems. But for starters, I advise you to restart the smartphone, and try to start again the application that turns out. If the problem is left, we move on.
Open the Safety application
Let's clean the constant memory of your smartphone. To do this, click "Cleaning"
How the smartphone scan will end, click the “Clean” button. This will allow you to clear the constant memory in your smartphone.
After that, press “acceleration”, it will clear the RAM of background processes.
After all the manipulations, try to start the application that flew out and watch it. If this does not help, go to the next method.
The Miui shell has a tool that allows you to control the activity of each application. If some application begins to actively consume RAM and battery, then Xiaomi automatically removes this process.
Now that we have figured out what activity control is, let's try to remove restrictions from the application that crashes.
Open the settings. In the settings, leaf down and open the item "Battery" (MIUI 13) or "Nutrition and performance" (MIUI 12).
Choosing the Battery tab -> "Control of activity"
We find our application in the list and set the control mode for the value of "no restrictions"
If all other methods have not helped, let's move on to the latter. The function of consolidating the applications tells the system that this process cannot be removed, thus, departures from the application should stop.
Run the application that turns out. Next, open multitasking. In multitasking, hold the application for several seconds until a pop -up window appears.
In a pop -up window, click on the castle icon.
After all the done, you will see the “castle” icon, which tells the system that this process cannot be removed. Now the departure from the application must definitely be an abyss.
If no way helped, I recommend making a backup of the smartphone and drop it to factory settings. It also happens that the problem is physical, that is, the memory is damaged. In this case, you should contact the service center.
